JOB OVERVIEW
The Administrative Assistant provides direct support to sales management and the sales team. They identify, organize and implement administrative projects independently. Researches and collects information needed for project milestones or reports. Creates and edits spreadsheets, presentations and documents. Handles setup for meetings and other travel. The Administrative Assistant anticipates the needs of the VP of Sales and the Sales Leadership team to ensure seamless and positive experiences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prioritizes incoming email for the VP of Sales
- Manages calendar for VP of Sales
- Provides administrative support to sales management
- Prepares documents, presentations and spreadsheets
- Tracks key sales indicators
- Sets up and coordinates meetings and conferences
- Handles requests from field sales team
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Provides administrative support to Product Manager as needed
- Assists with rollout and management of product promotions, sales contests, and other sales activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

- Strong competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Experience:
- Previous administrative experience
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Track record of working in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Preferred history of working with executive-level supervisors
