JOB OVERVIEW The A&D Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales growth in their assigned territory and explaining the Company product to prospects and customers.   JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
  • Work in a complimentary role alongside Duchateau sales reps organizing A&D sales presentations
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Cold call new accounts and service existing accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with A&D community
  • Point of contact liaison from start-to-finish on specified projects
  • Schedule and attend field calls with customers
  • Be involved in A&D community events such as ASID, IIDA, HBA
  • Provides samples to customers and answers questions about pricing and product availability
  • Provide regular feedback via CRM and communication with the Regional Manager and/or channel VP
  QUALIFICATIONS Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Overview:  The Quality Control Inspector (QC Inspector), under minimal supervision, is responsible for ensuring quality assurance standards are met in our Distribution Center (DC). This position ensures quality products and processes by enforcing company quality standards, testing materials, and product.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities  Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Responsible for all incoming material received at the DC meets 100% quality
  • Maintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and
  • Maintains and audits Master Sample library and
  • Calibrate and maintain all equipment used in QC
  • Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting, and returning unacceptable materials.
  • Responsible for staging, photograph and test all incoming
  • Responsible for creating incoming inspection
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating all Documentation records, this includes NCMR’s, SOP’s and CAPA’s
  • Continuous improvements in all QC documents and

  • Responsible for inspection and approval of raw material, production checks, process audits, packing, and finished products.
  • Records quality results and report activity back to QC
  • Responsible for in-house inspections for color drifts and aging
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical

JOB OVERVIEW

The Senior Buyer helps to facilitate the smooth running of the Purchasing Team, by aiding in developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, and coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs.

The Senior Buyer reports to the Director of Operations, helping to ensure that all aspects of purchasing support the organization’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple priorities, instill confidence in their team members, and have solid judgement and decision-making skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executes and monitors purchase orders or vendor contracts as needed to support critical business needs.
  • Supports company goals by assisting in maintaining standards for cost controls, lead times, freight terms, and quality requirements.
  • Maintains existing supplier relationships as well as develops new relationships with potential suppliers.
  • Proactively assesses supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provides guidance to purchasing team in their daily activities.
